Membership Terms

The fine print

Membership does not guarantee vendor acceptance but provides early access and member benefits. All vendors must still apply and be approved for each individual event.

Loyalty rewards are earned after 6 completed booth purchases while an active membership is maintained and must be redeemed within 6 months of earning the reward.

Only completed booth purchases count toward loyalty rewards. Cancelled reservations, refunded booths, or no-show vendors do not count toward reward progress.

Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active. Booth reservations and membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • No. Vendor memberships are completely optional. Vendors can still apply to and participate in events without a membership.

  • No. All vendors must still apply and be approved for each event. Membership provides perks and early opportunities but does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Booth discounts, early vendor access for select events, and loyalty rewards like earning a free booth after 7 completed booth purchases.

  • Members earn one free booth after every 6 completed booth purchases. Insider: up to $50 value. Elite: up to $75 value.

  • No. Only completed booth purchases that are successfully attended count toward loyalty rewards.

  • Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your billing portal. Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Yes. Vendors automatically receive an email receipt with event name, booth number, booth size, and payment amount.

  • No. Booth reservations and membership benefits are non-transferable.
