Membership Terms
Membership does not gaurantee vendor acceptance but provides early access and member benefits.
Vendor memberships are optional programs designed to provide additional perks for vendors who frequently participate in Otaku Events markets and conventions.
Membership benefitsmay include booth discounts, loyalty rewards, and early access to vendor registration opportunities.
Membership does not guarantee acceptance to any event. All vendors must still apply and be approved for each individual event.
Loyalty rewards are earned after 6 completed booth purchases while an active membership is maintained and must be redeemed within 6 months of earning the reward. The reward value depends on the membership tier and is limited to the maximum value listed for that tier.
Vendor Insider loyalty reward value: up to $50
Vendor Elite loyalty reward value: up to $75
Only completed booth purchases count toward loyalty rewards. Cancelled reservations, refunded booths, or no-show vendors do not count toward reward progress.
Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active. If a membership is cancelled, any unused loyalty progress or discounts may be forfeited.
Booth reservations and membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Otaku Events LLC reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or reward structures in the future.

No. Vendor memberships are completely optional. Vendors can still apply to and participate in events without a membership.

No. All vendors must still apply and be approved for each event. Membership provides perks and early opportunities but does not gaurantee acceptance.

No. Only completed booth purchases that are successfully attended count toward loyalty rewards.

Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account or billing portal. Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Vendors automatically receive a receipt by email after every purchase that includes the event name, booth number, booth size, and payment amount.

No. Booth reservations and membership bendefits are non-transferable.
