Code of Conduct

Our convention runs on respect, consent, and shared love for the fandom. Read this before you grab your badge.

Our Four Pillars

Every policy below grows from these core values.

Respect every fandom

Anime, gaming, cosplay, tabletop, comics — every corner of geek culture is welcome here. Gatekeeping, dismissive comments, or mocking someone's interests has no place at our events.

Consent is non-negotiable

Always ask before taking a photo, offering a hug, or touching a prop. A costume is not consent. "No" is a complete sentence, and we expect everyone to honor it the first time.

Zero tolerance for harassment

\\Slurs, stalking, doxxing, unwanted advances, hate speech, or harassment of any kind — including based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, body, or religion — will result in immediate removal.

Look out for each other

Our events welcome families, teens, and adults. Keep language, costumes, props, and conduct appropriate for a mixed-age, all-fandom space.

Keep it safe for all ages

If you see something, say something. Staff are easy to spot and always available. We'd rather hear a hundred small concerns than miss the one that mattered.
